Talent contest
How are you using the talent God gave you..?
This child in a talent contest is using his amazing voice to praise the Lord. How many of us will have such opportunity and will end up using our talent to glorify God..?
This is an example that it matters so much the way children are raised. God blessed us with the seed of the womb for His own purpose, God's purpose is that children will be used as an instrument to reveal His glory. When kids are raised up in the fear of the Lord then it is likely they will end up blessing their communities and families and magnifying the Kingdom of God just like this talented child. May God bless this child and continue to use him in the Kingdom.

''It was then I carried you''
One night I dreamed a dream.
As I was walking along the beach with my Lord.
Across the dark sky flashed scenes from my life.
For each scene, I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand,
One belonging to me and one to my Lord.
After the last scene of my life flashed before me,
I looked back at the footprints in the sand.
I noticed that at many times along the path of my life,
especially at the very lowest and saddest times,
there was only one set of footprints.
This really troubled me, so I asked the Lord about it.
"Lord, you said once I decided to follow you,
You'd walk with me all the way.
But I noticed that during the saddest and most troublesome times of my life,
there was only one set of footprints.
I don't understand why, when I needed You the most, You would leave me."
He whispered, "My precious child, I love you and will never leave you
Never, ever, during your trials and testings.
When you saw only one set of footprints,
It was then that I carried you."

The Salvation of God
After all that God has done to save humanity, we still confuse ourselves trying to understand beyond what we can comprehend. Don't use logic to understand the ways of God because His ways are beyond your understanding. Indeed Jesus was right when He said ''I have spoken to you of earthly things and you do not believe; how then will you believe of I speak of heavenly things?'' John 3:12

Jesus Suffered for You
How terrible it is to know the extent of Jesus suffering for our sake, yet, we doubt Him we disbelieve Him...!
Don't you have compassion in you...? Maybe you don't really understand what Jesus went through, aside from the Cross and the pain it caused, before the crucifixion Jesus was whipped to death.
Let me explain to you a little about the Romans flogging system at the time of Jesus...
- The whip:
The flagrum was a whip with a short handle and generally two or three long thick thongs, each weighted at some distance from their extremity with lead balls or mutton bones. In action, the thongs cut the skin, while the balls or bones created deep contusions. The result was significant haemorrhage and considerable weakening of the vital resistance of the victim. In compensation, if one may call it that, this weakening shortened their agony on the cross.
Jesus who is Lord and God was in existence before the wold came to existence, His home is up in Heavens on His honourable throne, yet He chose to be humiliated and treated with contempt, He chose to become weak flesh, to be beaten, to suffer pain and agony, to pass shame and disgrace all for you and I.
Please be careful! Every time you doubt or disbelieve you are simply disregarding all the extreme pain that Jesus went through. Every time you doubt and disbelieve you crucify Jesus over and over again. Be careful not to cause Jesus the pain of the Cross again due to your disapproval of Him.
